Thank you for all you have done and are doing to promote organ donation. It was hillarious! i don't think I am any of the above patients, I am the OCD patient that calls at least once a month with some sort of question! Haha. I also want to be a TX coordinator and I am half way through with nursing school at Samuel Merritt University. My sister just finished nursing school and wants to work in the PICU or in the Tx field.

Thank you for all that you do!Allie Weesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02117764718013845956noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21003608.post-39160202122114971372010-02-27T04:18:13.941-05:002010-02-27T04:18:13.941-05:00Nice topic. The missed lunches. LOL.

I have 2 different Tx Coordinators and they are fabulous people. They are friends as well as medical practioners. I often get their return phone calls at 8pm. And either of them can still joke around at that time of day. They've both told me generic stories about non-compliant heart tx recipients, leaving me in jaw dropping, total awe.

Be well and God bless!!

PS ~ Not too many around that are "Cuter than the Pooter".Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01069065089849850491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21003608.post-7576542841955358052010-01-04T11:42:07.410-05:002010-01-04T11:42:07.410-05:00Before you can have pipe dreams, you first have to...Before you can have pipe dreams, you first have to make a budget request for pipes.richgoldstein13https://www.blogger.com/profile/13024589882600654072noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21003608.post-60716025087446594432010-01-04T08:28:24.049-05:002010-01-04T08:28:24.049-05:00Thanks for the "week in the life of..." ...Thanks for the "week in the life of..." With my CF, I've been in and out of hospitals and clinics all of my life. It's surprising how many of us recipients really have not -- some crash & burn with organ failure, whether kidneys, livers, lungs, hearts, in a matter of months or a few years and some of us seem to have no idea that you are not simply here, at our beck & call, to serve us whenever we have an issue... And the fact is, most of the time you are there for us...

I have an awesome coordinator who has been taking care of me for the better part of 11 years now. I do my bestest to let her know that I think she's awesome...

Thanks for some of the background... Hope you're doing dandy!!! Love the Poot's glasses!!!

Love, SteveBreathinStevenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13425167024998690437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21003608.post-27746122857545495222010-01-04T01:37:14.480-05:002010-01-04T01:37:14.480-05:00This is why I work with the dead...compliance is q...This is why I work with the dead...compliance is quite good :-)PJ Geraghtyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15883503105104340655noreply@blogger.com
